Here are the latest pens. The first one is a Flat Top American Double Twist in SA Rosewood/Gold Kit/ Lacqer and TSW finish. This kit was rather fidgety- took a little bit to get everything working but turned out good. Had to have everything just perfect. I had a Blue BEB turned and finished but the transmission just would not work. This kit has very tight tollerances. I am working on a couple more of these kits.

This one is the PSI Comfort Pen Ballpoint - SA Rosewood -Titainum Gold kit- Lacquer and TSW Finish. I really like this kit. Nice smooth action, the larger center and fancy clip make for a nice looking pen. I didn't use the rubber piece.

Corey those are a couple of beautiful Pens. I love the Rosewood and finish on them. Hit a homerun with these. Beautiful job.

Wow, those are nice. That PSI comfort kit really looks good without the rubber grip, shows more wood.

Corey, looks nice. Does that first one have a different type of wood nearer to the point?

Hit a homerun with these.

Yep, a grand slam! Great job Corey. I like those comfort pens without the gripper as well.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. Steve, no if you mean the dark thing it is a black piece of delrin or hard plastic that is used in this pen and a few of the other Berea kits. Same material used on the black center band etc.

Great pens Corey. I tried one of the double twists once, gave up on them after that. Like you say, very tight tolerences. I agree about the comfort pen, looks better without the rubber. Great job, thanks:) :)

Thank you Tim and Keith. Keith, there are tight tollerances but I found some things to check before assembley that cause most of the problems. When the cap is pressed on, try the transmission into the cap then, if it does not freely go in, then ream out the barrel again with a end mill as sometimes pressing the center band compresses the tube there. Also sanding the brass on the transmission. I just finished one and did both of these, works perfect. Otherwise I do like the kit.
