10.5" x 2.75" ... sort of a "wok" form to try and show the figure. The lip is rolled over from the inside. Finished with Waterlux. Not buffed yet.

Ernie that is a outstanding bowl. I like the form and definately like the finish. I finished a cherry bowl and the first HF with Waterlux. That is a nice finish. Great job.

Ernie, that's some fine figure in that walnut. Beautiful! And I think you did it justice with the simple form!

The lip is rolled over from the inside.

Very nice Ernie. Learn something new everyday... don't laugh I though the edge rounded over from both sides.

Good job!

EXCELLENT work, Ernie!!! The "simple" lines really set that piece off. And I know it isn't "simple" to get that gradual, graceful curve!!!!!

Ernie,
Outrageous grain! Excellent form and finish. Only Waterlox? Did you use any kind of grain sealer or pore filler?

Thanks Ernie, and no, but I did hit it pretty hard with the steel wool after the first two coats to flatten it out some.

Thanks again everyone.
