Just wondering why there are 5 start beside the thread I started on the ROS sander delima...?
What does it mean and how is a thread rated?

At the lower left hand corner of the message viewing window is a drop down box for rating the thread. Someone must have liked the thread you started on re-con tools and rated it as a 5.
Cheers,

The drop down is in the lower RIGHT hand corner Dennis, I just came in from the shop where I was using that pesky left-tilt saw, guess I was just confused for minute:rolleyes:

It means nothing. Just someone's arbitrary opinion of the worth of a particular thread. One persons 5 is anothers 1. Worthless if you ask me.
