Hi All,

Things have gotten pretty dull where I was hanging out, so I thought I'd hang here for a while. I'm only a couple of years into this hobby, but I still have my fingers and I am having fun.

Here are a few things I've done (assuming I can figure out how to post pictures):

http://home.everestkc.net/vermeire/Humidor1.jpg

Humidor made of Lyptus, Purpleheart and Cedar.

Steamer Trunk made of red oak and walnut.

Thanks for looking!

Come on now . . . just a few years into the craft. Doesn't looking like it after seeing those projects. Welcome to the Creek. Lars

Okay, I've probably always fiddled with the stuff. I only got semi-serious about it two years ago. I am having fun, but my golf game has really suffered.

Thanks for sending the welcome wagon.

Well.....we ALL know exactly where "our" mistakes are. Others just have to look for them.

That's probably the most important thing I have learned in the last two years - how to either fix the mistake or take the picture from just the right angle...:D

Nice work! I too have learned to love the forgiving nature of digital photos.

Put a different way, if I can see a flaw in a digital photo of my work, I know I should be cutting it up for the scrap pile. :)
