Thanks to everyone who helped on my TS alignment problem. The rods were not parallel. Have everything aligned ( as well as possible without a gauge ) and NO saw blade marks on either side of the cut.

Sorry I didnt respond to your question regarding the link I posted but I had to go on an unexpected business trip last week. I see you got it all figured out anyway.
