The amount of hand-sanding required is the only thing I don't like about this kind of form...might as well be doing flat-work. (grumble, grumble)

Well, actually the laser was involved, cutting the MDF templates I used to pattern-rout the blanks to shape: if the blank isn't just about perfect, the edges won't come out right.

it got so thin, I thought it was going to break when I buffed it.
