Ok here is the second planned regular infill a small low angle block plane. It uses the same ¼” sole 3/16” brass side’s ¼” x1.5” bevel up iron. The curves on the hump may be a bit high but I will work that out when I build one. The screwcap will rest on a wooden pad to give some comfort to the palm. I am debating on putting fingertip divots/holes in the sides for good grip. Both my planes don’t show the setscrews either.
The mouth does not show because it will be made but depth of cut or milling the sole. Either the corner of the endmill when cutting the ramp will poke through the sole or I will mill the sole a tiny bit till I get the mouth opening I want. Not as elegant as a two piece sole but far easier to make and will help keep the price down. I hope to sell these at around 300.00

Steve, I agree with you about the 'humps'. Coming down to a more pleasing/comfortable shape shouldn't be a problem. The finger-tip indents on the side would be a nice touch, but not necessary. Although a detent on the toe infill would be cool.
