small Apple NE bowl

Last one from this weekend. Jim Ketron left a small spalted Apple log here a couple months back. I roughed this last Friday during a demo for the local high school shop class and finished it this weekend. Just over 5" diameter. The pic doesn't show it, but it has some nice curl and polished up very nicely.
