I've been hanging on to this lil block of curly Walnut for a while. I wish I could show the awesome curl in this better! 5" x 5" with the finial in place. Blackwood collar and finial/lid.

Travis don't have to worry about the Keltons now cause I couldn't do them justice if I tried. That is awesome Travis. Nice form and finish.

That has to be the prettiest piece of walnut I've ever seen. The figure is real nice too:D . Chalk up another spectacular "Stinson" signature work. Coming soon to a gallery near you!

Travis, this beautiful one lives up to what I have come to expect from you. My own personal taste is that the finial is to large for this small piece. It might be the picture, I don't know sometimes they look different in reality when you hold them in your hands. This exceptional piece of wood lucked up when it found itself in your capable hands because it will now be a work of art forever.

That is beautiful, you are a very talented person. It looks so smooth and warm to the touch.

Thanks everyone. Glenn, I agree. It does look much more proportioned in person, it's weird how a photograph can throw things out of perspective. I am thinking of adding a short pedestal to it to help balance it out.;)

..... And for once I have to agree with Mark, you make me sick:eek: :D Yup, I'm in that camp too.

On the other hand; I could rub that thing and conjur up the genie, and all my woes would be gone.

Andy.......You'd have too much ice cream to eat if you could rub that and get the genie to appear! :D
