NIce looking pen!

Bamboo, hey, I should have thought of that!

Your image did not come through.

It is there, but mucked up.....

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b88/laurie1953/bambo.jpg

is the actual URL of the pic.

What you have is this........

%5BIMG%5Dhttp://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b88/laurie1953/bambo.jpg%5B/IMG%5D

As you can see, the red parts are not needed, so if you put the black text between the image tags your image will come through just fine.

Cheers!

i want to thank you for the fix on my picture. now this not my first pen. but it is the most unusal material i have found. every other bamboo i've seen are pretty plain. i've been turning or should i say the bug has been turning me for about 3 years. this is the worst virus i have ever had.

thanks, all of you, for your kind words and help.

laurie;)

Very nice...that bamboo looks super, Laurie!

And it's not a virus...it's an addiction of the strongest type. No hope of "recovery". Ever. :D

Very nice job. Laurie. How is the bamboo to work with? Is it as splintery as it seems it would be? I've got a couple bamboo cutting boards that I use, and they are surprisingly smooth...just wondering if the same holds true for turned bamboo.

Nice looking pen Laurie!! That bamboo does have some cool character. I have a piece of Grapevine that I'm hoping for the same kind of results. We'll see. :)

Laurie,
Your Bamboo pen is excellent, and it looks very smooth!!
I thought that Bamboo would be stringy,
but you seem to have kept that under control.
Nicely done.
