Greetings all

Well I have been home for a few days, and it is time to pack up the truck for my next turning trip, this time to the Smith Moutain Lake Turners club in Moneta VA. I have not had a lot of time to post since I got back from Cape May, but I do want to say that I had a blast down there, spending a day fishing, catching some very unusual things including a couple of skates and sharks. We even caught a couple of fish, and one was featured on the dinner table that night, thanks to Kurt R. who caught it and his highly skilled wife who cooked it. We even managed to do some turning the following day!

But now I am off for Dixie, the land of (some) of my forefathers. I don't know if anyone here is a member of that club, but if you are, I am looking forward to meeting of you down there. After this trip I get a few weeks off before a club in RI, and then the symposium!
