Re-install blade on back saw problem

While using a small Japanese-style saw, the blade just came right out of the back rib that supports the blade. I am finding it extremely difficult to try and re-install that blade back into the back rib. Any suggestions out there???

Hi Mike, here is a diagram from the back of a replacement blade for a Kaneshika saw, perhaps this method will also work for your saw.
