needing help bad . . #3 screws

A number of the hinges and a few other pieces of hardware I use need #3 flat head screws. Invariably I strip the head out or loose one or more. Does anyone know of a source for #3 flat heads about 3/4 inch. Best if they are steel. Thanks much.
