I bought two of these last month when it was 20% off or the free 24". I chose the 20% off and this price beats it. I called and got the difference refunded but I asked to see if I get the free 24". I sure hope so since I have an odd number of 24's.

Last time I did that order they sent me a single 50" Bessey in a 10' long, 6.5" OD heavy cardboard tube! :rolleyes: Don't know how they make any money when they "free ship" like that!

I ordered several items from Amazon last week including 2 50" K-Bodies (@ $31.49 ea) and entered the code for the free 24" and it too came up as expired. I called customer service and asked why, if the promotion has expired, are they still advertising it on their site. The customer service rep sent me the 24" for free. After seeing this post tonight I called Amazon about a refund on the price difference between what I payed and the current sale price and they obliged (and given that the amount refunded was about the price of another clamp I ordered another one. And since clamps absolutely, positively, with-out-a-doubt, must be in pairs I ordered yet another one too...... :rolleyes: :D ;) . Tried to get another free 24" but the rep said only one free clamp per person.....:cool: .....Oh well.........

If you look it appears that Amazon itself is no longer selling them. the $42 price is from Woodworkers Hardware and the $56 is from Quality Distributing LLC with no price from Amazon available.

The same thing happened after a few of us bought the 40" door kit for $83 during the 10% off sale.

Many of their special prices do not last long, sometimes just a few hours. Many of the big price jobs on my website go back up within a day. My website allows you to research the price history and see how good a deal it really is. When there is a good deal, do not wait, because it may not last long.

:mad: the deal is over the price on the 50" is back up but if you did order them yester day but didn't get the free 24" clamp here is what you do call them at 1-800-201-7575 and tell them that you orderd the clamps but couldn't get the promo code to work the code is FREECLAMPQ45 and ask then to fix it for you thats what I did and they were very nice only took 5min be nice and they well respond.:)

It took me a while to find the clamps at that price on thursday but I did and ordered two of them and used the FREECLAMPQ45 code and got the 24'' free. I've been saving for some jorgensen cabinet masters but at this price I'll give the besseys a try i'm sure they have to be better than my old pipe clamps. Also while at amazon I found the deal on the 19.2volt GTF porter cable cordless drill for $156.86 and used the code for 10% off power tools and got it for $141.18. So I got 3 new clamps and the new drill for under $190.00 total and free shipping.
