I had bought some Pinnacle tools from Woodcraft, a parting tool, and bowl scraper. I've had good luck with them so far. So I decided to try a few more. I like the long handles. They're easier for me to use than the short handles on my old Greenlee tools. They seem to hold an edge better too.
I got a square scraper, a round nose scraper, a couple of skews, A roughing gouge, a small spindle, and fingernail gouge.
The Tormek is going to be busy, when I get some time to devote to it.:)

Nice score on the tools Jim. I looked at some of those tools and passed for the time being. I thought the handles were a little long and the tools to large for my little 9" lathe. I may have to reconsider:)

Nice haul and great gloat! I've been considering some of those Pinnacle tools. Let us know how they work out.

I bought three of the Pinnacles about two months ago. A round nose scraper, Roughing Gouge, and a Skew. I've been very happy with them all. Compared to my Greenlees, the Pinnacles seem to be made of a superior steel. Nice set Jim!!:)
