Cross Grain Plywood Question

Sounds funny doesn't it?

I am wondering if I can get cherry plywood with the grain running across the width rather than lengthwise. Before I call my plywood distributor I figured I'd show my ignorance here.

Dont know where you can get it but the size will be listed as 8'x4' instead of 4'x8' if you can find it. The grain always runs perpendicular to the edge of the first dimension. I know cherry ply is made that way as a local supplier once had a couple of pallets of 8x4 that were shipped to them in error and they were running a special on it.
