Epilog has posted another new project on their web site in the sample file area. This time it is a Dinosaur project...kinda cute and just the ticket for those of you who are looking for something cool the young ones will appreciate.

Interestingly, the pieces look virtually identical to the one that's been on the LaserPro site for a while. :)

Epilog's is 1/4" and Laserpro's is 3mm, so hopefully they both have accurate (different) slot sizes.

If the pieces are proportionally larger, then the slots would grow accordingly too. I haven't downloaded either. I was just looking at what they each show on their page.

My guess is they both got the patterns from some scroll saw source. It just looks like the patterns are very close.

Yep, they look the same to me also :)

Hi,
I tried cutting out the giraffe, and when I tried putting it together the slots were too small. I do not know if it's my wood, or if I should have adjusted things, I just did the pattern exactly like they had it in Epilog.

Cute though.
