Hyperlink Help!?!

How is it that you link a particular word(s) to a website? For instance, if I were writing a post about Sawmill Creek, making the words "Sawmill Creek" link directly to the website. I have done it before, but can't seem to get it to work. I know it can be done because I see it every day on other posts. Thanks for any help.

Highlight that text

Click on the http://www.sawmillcreek.org/images/editor/createlink.gif "Insert Link" button icon.

Enter the URL you want for the link, than click the "OK" button..........
