Just got home after a road trip to pick up my 'New' drill press. it is a Delta 12" benchtop, model 11-990. Thanks to a fellow Creeker (though I saw the ad on another forum) I now have a solid DP with very few hours on it.
Here it is along with the rest of my tools in their temporary home:

John also graciously included a work light and table sized vice.

Congratulations. It is a nice DP. Just don't try to get parts for it. Mine was deadlined for three months for a spindle and a chuck. I screwed up the parts. Delta did the rest.

Congrats, Ned. That looks like it will drill straight holes!

John, very litlte wear and tear on it at all, still 'feels' new. I HOPE I'm not that tough on machinery that I will need to fix it.

Jim,
Thanks! :D:D:D:D ...

Tyler,
Budget says... 12x20, MAYBE

Ned, congratulations! You said you were going to get one as soon as you got home. Nice DP. As you know, I have a lot of gray that has served me well.:)
