In this case, we got bumped up!
We contracted with a local hardscaping company to install a patio and retaining wall. We went in about a week ago to set it up. We were on the schedule for the work to start about mid May. Got a call on Monday to see if they could start on Tuesday! So they showed up and started work right away. We should be grillin' on the new patio by the weekend.
Seems they had too many jobs delayed waiting on approvals by HOA's. Good thing we forgot to apply;)
