Anybody make one of these? I've seen Ken's and was wondering if anybody has made one. I'm tired of using my Delta tenon jig and wanted to try making tenons using a router. I'd appreciate any pics and drawings you might have.

Alan,

I made a type of horizontal tenoning jig that might give you some ideas, you can get the full story here:

Mortise Flex (http://www.woodisourart.com/mortiseflex/mortiseflex.htm)

There are drawigns available for download there that may give you some direction as well.

Here's a pic as well:

"Thanks Dan. I thought it was a bit beyond my skills to make yours but I'll look at it again. That's a beauty; nice job.

Thanks Alan in Md.

Thanks Jim; I'll check it out. Forgot about that one. Maybe the "router lady's" book has one too. Great suggestion. Thanks Alan in Md.

Hello Dan,

I've seen a few horizontal tenoning jigs but never have I ever seen one like yours. I followed the link to its construction and you my friend have done some fabulous work. Thanks for posting it.

All the best
Gord
