Here are a couple of sets of pen and pencils that I turned this afternoon. One set is for a gift and the other is sold for $50 to a friend. They are just the slimline model. Anyway they are made from a walnut log I cut up this afternoon. These were from a scrap I had left over. Finish with EEE and Mylands Friction Polish.

Very nice Bernie! I gotta make some for graduation presents
that parents have asked me to do....making pens just
doesn't blow my skirt up! But gotta bite the bullet and get
going with it.

Great job Bernie! Those pens and pencils look great. Just got some pencil kits, think I'll try walnut after seeing this!

.....Finish with EEE and Mylands Friction Polish.

You might want to research pen finishes. Friction polish has a reputation for "NOT" being very durable.
