Project in Progress #3

I've decided to not finish these next few projects until I have a chuck. I don't want to take the chance of messing them up. The Thirs is Live oak and my first attempt at a natural edge. I really love this wood.

Wow! You sure have got yourself some pretty wood! I like all three. I've never heard of Red Tip Photinia, but if that's its natural color, it sure is a gorgeous wood! Nice work, we'll be looking forward to the finished results when you get that chuck.

Christopher, this is a very unique shape for a NE. Kind of a cross between a bowl and a vase. That should turn out very nice. Do you have a chuck on the way Chris?

Of the four...I like this one the best. The figure in the wood and the shape you've chosen are complimentary Christopher. I'll say this...You sure flooded us with a nice group of pieces!!!:)
