Cabinet hinges

Hello everyone. I am looking for a cabinet hinge for a piece of furniture. The doors are full overlay, 3/8 or 1/2 inch depending on the hinge I can find. The hinges must have the barrel exposed and have decorative finials. For the life of me I can only find hinges with the exposed barrel and fancy ends for partial recessed doors. Does anyone know of a source for this type of hinge in full overlay. The customer wants them in black also. Thanks for any help, Doug Keener
