Congrats Don! Crown is supposed to make some good tools! What size bowl gouge is it? Please report back after you've used it for a while!

Hold on there, bub!

That looks an awful lot like the gouge we told you to buy the last time you were in Phoenix.

Nice tool Don. Is it a Mini or a Midi? How long is it? Just curious.

I have a 3/8" crown Bowl gouge, that I bought on sale at the Woodcraft store. I reground it with an "ellsworth grind", asper the Tormek book. So far I like it. as I get more experience, I think I'll grow to love it.

It's a 1/4" gouge and from tip to end of handle it's 24" long...:D . I'll put the Ellworth grind on it tomarrow night when I get her home then I've got bowl blank that just waiting to be hollowed out.
