Gun Question---???????

Got a question for you folks about how and which---if any machine.
I was asked to make a gun stock for a friend and told him that was a different kind of project than what I make.
With all the high tech machines---mills---routers and other new tools out there do they make a set-up for making gun stocks. Some thing in the thought of if I wanted to make 20 stocks to fit a certain weapon.

I'm no help on this one, but it remided me that I have a shotgun that my late father in law took apart and started to carve a new stock for when he was 72 back about 1986. I should probably do something with it one of these days. Hopefully someone can help you with your question.

There's a "bench-top" version of the ShopBot that should handle stuff that size...24"x32"x6" max, starts at about $5K.
