I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that had instructions on the best way to bluff acylic on a bluffing wheel. I am just getting into this and I'd like to make sure the pieces I engrave on my laser do not get ruined during the final step. Thanks.

Dave,
I'm curious to know why you have to buff. The big advantage to cutting acrylic on the laser is the flame-polished look to the edges. This place has a brief description of all aspects of working with acrylic:

Not sure if I missed it...but that website doesn't even mention flame polishing.

Some of the pieces I have produced get used on a daily basis. I need a way to revitalize the peices.

You're right, probably not considered a DIY procedure.
