For everyone participating this is just to let you know that Doug will be sending out the finalised agenda on the weekend--he's got a bug on his PC he has to fix first. The info will include the B&B information and phone numbers etc so that reservations can be made--we've given the B&B's a list of names so they're holding rooms pending confirmation of the reservations.
