When people learn you are into turning you can sometimes find yourself coming home to the strangest things. Take today for example, when I arrived home from work I found these in my driveway next to the garage.

If you will take note of the 7/8” red broom handle behind these slabs it will give you some scale. These are large and very nice slabs of Pecan! I have no idea where they came from or who brought them to me as there was no note or nothing but hey who am I to complain! I see many projects in these pieces.

Did they bring you any pecans too? You must know a real nice person who's looking out for you------and wants a bowl.

Great Storkwood!!! Since this area is the home for Buzzards, we don't get a lot of Storks. Figures.
