Here's another bowl I turned last night inspired by Al Stirt's designs.

Spanish Cedar
9" diameter by 1 1/4" tall
Danish Oil Finish

Intriguing form Raymond! Excellent work! With the Danish oil finish....do you apply it on the lathe or just hand rub it in and buff?

This does explain that rash of UFO sightings recently in Fort Hill, SC!:D

Very nice! I like the shape and the wood has great color and richness.
