How do I do this?

I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to upload a jpeg photo file to a new thread. I do not have a website and I do not see where I can upload a picture file to include in a new thread. I am "computerly challenged"

Go down to the bottom of the page and select managed attachments and follow the instructions.:D
