I am building a router table for my table saw extension and am trying to plan out the design of the fence. I will be using my Accusquare fence as the basic fence and want to be able to slide the router table fence onto the t-slots and lock it down securely. I am most interested in how you attached hold downs and dust control, but also different examples of zero clearance (or close to it) replaceable fence inserts. I would like to do as much as possible in wood (imagine that on a wood workers forum!), but am willing to incorporate t-track or insertable miter slots as necessary.

Thanks in advance.

Peter

I bought the router fence assessory with my acusquare fence.
So you did not purchase this?
Do you have pics of their fence assessory?

No, I bought the fence used and didn't know they made a router fence accesory. I'll take a look at it, but I think I would prefer to make my own if I can do something as accurate and useful as a bought one.

Thanks

Peter

This one (http://www.patwarner.com/images/bdpwf.jpg) pinched down x two 3" lever clamps into Tee-nuts. Levers reside in 5/16 x 2" slots, 2 sets of Tee-nuts extend the rough travel to 4".

I built the Pat Warner fence and am very happy with it. A few pics below. I used 5 star knobs rather than the lever type.

Pat,
I am assuming that the t-handle normally used as a tap handle is for the above the table heighth adjustment. Would it be possible for you to post some more detailed pictures of your router raiser?

Thanks,
Grant

If I remember, router fence accessory was 45.00
All alum, ajustable, dust port on top, adjustable fence faces, tie downs, etc.
For 45.00 I couldn't spend my time and materials making one.
