Bandsaw Mill Tires Question

Hello,
Do any of you guys know how well the mills work that are using pneumatic trailer tires for their band wheels? I am considering building one and I am looking for input of how well they work versus the conventional aluminum or cast iron wheels with regular saw tires on them.

Brian, Can't answer your questions on car tires but my homemade mill uses two 18" single v-belt pulleys with a B-section belt stretched on. I have cut over 100,000 bd ft with this mill and no problems.
