Mission Desk Carcass **PICS**

Finally the computer desk carcass is done. The top is drying as we speak.
I adapted this design from classic Mission furniture. Made from Black Cherry harvested from my neighbor's yard last spring, I thought a nice contrast would be to make the spindles out of walnut.
I think it looks great, but I am a bit prejudiced. A basic computer desk, the computer sits in the large bay on the right. More pix when the top is attached!

Scott, it looks very beautiful! This is going to be the nicest computer desk on the block, that's for sure. Be sure to post pictures when the top gets attatched and it settles into it's new home.

Very nice, The walnut spindles are a nice touch.Also a I'm a BIG fan of arts and crafts furniture.
