The Woodworking Channel is now live on the internet.

http://www.thewoodworkingchannel.com/

I'm not affiliated with it, but I've been keeping in touch with the owners for a while now. Tonight marks the start of the Webs very own Woodworking channel. Check it out. I'm watching Sam Maloof making a project at the moment. :D

This could be a problem...

Especially for those of us who sit at their computer all day. Cool, though.

Mr. Reed Smith is the owner/operator of The Woodworking Channel. I have also asked him to join Sawmill Creek. :D :D He said he will once he gets the kickoff of the new channel settled in.

Dennis I will be eternally grateful. I did look before but is that nice. No more worrying about PBS and fund raising cancellations of programs.

Thanks Dennis. Now I am in more trouble with the SWMBO. I told her it is all Dennis's fault.

That is a great deal.

They must be new and can't get any good names yet. Who's this "Maloof" guy anyway? :p :D ;) Seriously, what a privilege to learn from a master. Very good programming on this site. What a great idea.

Frickin' Maloof! He has an assistant like a hired pee-on help him out. I dig the guy, but man, he portrays like Andy Warhol..............

I heard that this was coming. Watched a little Router.

Can't wait to see some Good Turning, after my efforts lately!

I'm having trouble getting the shows. I watched a little Scott Phillips in the middle of the night but now all I get is the 'Load' logo just spinning and spinning. I turned off all my firewall, virus, pop-up, etc and still don't get it.

Any ideas?

I wish Reed Smith every success with this venture and thank him for starting it.

There are some things there that I want to see, but a lot that I don't. It looks like, right now, Reed trying to find anything he can get to fill up his schedule. I hope that this endevour really takes off and that the proportion of material that would be worthwhile for me to watch will increase.

I've been receiving the "Coming Soon" emails and was wondering how this was going to turn out. Really great to see some of the woodworking shows that my PBS stations haven't shown in years. I wish this site much success also.
