Yep, this is from a blank given to me by John Hart. Thanks John. Sure enjoyed turnng some decent wood for a change. Please critique the bottom of this one, I'm trying to get better at finishing bowl bottoms. (Tell the truth, I can take it)

That's a nice blank, Chris. Ol' John sure takes good care of his friends...he even pre-shaped the blank into a bowl shape. Any ideas what you're gonna make from it? ;)

Seriously, looks good to me. Not sure I'd change anything, but I'm just a rookie when it comes to the fine art of wood-spinning.

Great Looking Bowl Chris!
The bottom is a little large but other than that it looks good to me.

You're getting way too good, way too fast;)

Very nice Chris. I agree with Jim that the bottom could be a tad smaller....but that's just nitpickin'. I like the extra detail you did to the foot. Gives it some extra character. You sure have your curves nailed down!!:)

Looks mighty fine to me Chris. Might make the foot smaller but looks very good. Great work.
