Hi all

I got a sizable order from an electrical contractor who wanted the labels to be engraved on Lamacoid material. I have no idea what a lamacoid is so i engraved the labels on lasermax and told them that it was lamacoid.
Was I wrong, If yes, then i need help in finding Lamacoid.
Does lamacoid have any special properties which confirm to electrical standards?

Same stuff--

Lamicoid is an old brand name (and no longer used), but the term is generically used for any 2 ply engraving stock. (read: Rowmark laserable plastic)

Way to go, I love your style! Once in a while you get someone that uses an old name like that, or a material brand name, often they call it Phenolic. Same thing, unless they do specify a brand as some will on new construction jobs with elaborate specs.
