These are bird eggs replicas. (anatomically correct) I turned them and my daughter painted them and we built the stands. They're for a "Whose Yo Momma" display at the Ogden Nature Center where the kids will match the egg with the adult bird.

Back row--left to right, American White Pelican, Golden Eagle, Wild Turkey
middle row, Great Horned Owl, Common Raven, Kildeer
front, Robin.

Those are something different but still excellent turnings and paintings! Looks Dad and daughter have a heck of a duet going!

Wow...what a cool project!!! Are you going to continue to add to the collection? Are these all local birds?

They look good enough to eat Curt. Nice project with your daughter involved and all. She did a great job on the paint.

Thanks! I'm not sure if this is an ongoing project. The birds are all native except maybe the turkey, although there are a lot of turkeys around here now. I should also add that my daughter is 30 years old and is an instructor at the nature center.
