Along with my router thread, what's a good set of raised panel bits? CMT Sommerfelds? Freud?

Been reading some back and forth on the backcutter option. If you get a backcutter style RP bit, can the backcutter be taken off if you don't like it?

I run mainly whiteside. Rails and stiles with routers.
Raised panels with a shaper.
I do not use a back cutter. I use a rabbit bit on the backside to reduce a 3/4 panel to sit flush with door face.
Only have one router panel bit, which I use only to match drawer faces with the panel profile.

Backcutters on the Freud bits can be removed easily and since the pilot is solid it will always be there.
