Help!! Focus won't go up!!

Help!! We are trying to get ready for a huge trade show ( our first one) and the auto focus on our Epilog takes the bed down but not up. Has anyone ever had this happen? Since tech support is closed I need to rely on my online friends to get us up and running again.

I have GCC explorer and had the same problem recently.
I hope epilog works the same way.

The auto focus sensor stem which touches the table and makes it go down, sometimes gets stuck in the up position. The sensor is spring loaded and should move freely.
Just clean the stem thoroughly with alcohol or acetone and everything should be fine.

Does manual focus work? If so Abdul is probably right. If cleaning doesn't work use manual focus to get through your work.

Yes the focus plunger was stuck in the "up" position. I just cleaned it and it works fine again.
