With all this talk about chain saws and me getting all these truckloads of wood given to me. My little Tanaka 16" chainsaw taking forever to cut it up. I just had to get me one orange saws and since you all said the Stihl ms 361 was a good one I went ahead and bought one.
Here's a picture of the saw with a 24" bar and also a picture of the first wood I'll be cutting up with it, It's Black Walnut and I have go get another truckload Saturday.

Yep, that's black walnut alright... and a nice looking saw. Use it safely and often! Nice gloat.

Nice gloat there Frank. I've been cutting some of that up myself. Looks like you may have some curl going on in that batch.

You will love the saw! Got mine in '79 and still going strong. Beautiful wood! What fun you will have!

Thanks Frank!!!! That's exactly the saw I was going to buy.....but now you've bought it, tried it out and now you can send it to me. :p :D

Very nice saw....I expect to have one just like it before long. :D :D

Wow...nice saw. Wow!!!! Nice Walnut!!!! Geez...I can't believe you put those burly ones in the back of the picture. I'm drooling on my keyboard. Nice gloat!:)
