Assembly table for rp doors

I assemble my raised panel doors on my mainworkbench and have been thinking on a better way. I know some of the factories use an easel of some sort and I also know that those are commercially available for purchase. Their price is off the charts, so I want to make one for myself.


Do any of you have some kind of a system that you can show me that I can draw some ideas from. I'm going to try to start something before long and only want to make the table one time.

Jim, perhaps a frame with sliding components you can lock down (indexed to maintain "square") combined with the BowClamp and some wedges would work well...it would also be relatively cost effective to build and could be wall mounted if you have the space.
