Garage doors (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=32755) are ready for me to install the plywood panels. My thinking is to just bond them in place with marine caulk. That will allow the joint to flex as the doors swell and shrink and it seals out the water. Boatlife (http://www.boatlife.com/productsdetail.cfm?recordID=5&cat=CS)is an amazingly flexible caulk.

Also considered bonding them in with silicone but I think Marine caulking is a better choice.

Any other ideas I might want to consider before I do this? There is no room for wood strip behind them unless I mounted one on the back of the door and let it overlapt he panels. The rabbits are just a little deeper than the panels.

I think I will paint them before I put the panels in. that way there are no hidden bare wood surfaces. So I have a few days.

Once the panels are in it's time for glass and to hang them. :D:D Also considering bonding/installing the glass using cauking. I think I would have to use silicon to bond to the glass though. Still looking for hinges but man this is close!
