I still have hopes that Oak Factory will be restored, but this looks like a good site either way.:)

Welcome to the Creek, Gary. Pull up a seat, dip a toe, and stay a while. :)

I hope the factory is restored too, but I have enjoyed this forum from what little time I have been here. Lots of folks from all over, even see that C. John has joined as well, Stu and several others already belonged here.
Happy sawdust :)

To all the "Oakers",

I hope Sherry gets it back and running also, but I think you will very much enjoy SMC, it's a bit of a different cup of coffee than The Oak, maybe not as much "kick", but way smoooooooooooooooooother.
It's a great place to be!

Welcome to my second home on the web Gary!!

The Oak was the first, and still is in my heart, as I'm been there on and off since 1996  (remember Johnny Pags and his bird houses :D )

But let me tell you, the "Creek" sure is a fine place populated by a bunch of fine folks, many from the Oak as well.

Cheers!

Welcome, I think you'll find the creekers are a lot more friendly and laid back than some of the other sites.

Welcome Gary, been awhile since I've seen your name. Then again, I don't visit The Oak too much these days as a person can only frequent so many. In all this is a good place, the ship is run somewhat tight, but good people here and always great info shared.
