I like working wood but it would be nice to share hooby with a girl friend.
Does anyone know of clob or something like clob in NewYork city where there are not only men? I am not the brokeback type, girlfriend with interest in wood is good to have.

I don't live in New york City however you could inquire at some vocational school where woodworking is taught. Or check in the community center nearest to you.

Or, if you are experienced, you could start one. Just a thought.

BTW what does "Brokeback type" mean? Regards, Bill

Valery,

You don't have to look any further. There are women woodworkers right here on Sawmill Creek. Welcome and join in the fun. Sooner or later, you'll find someone that's close enough to where you can get together and learn.

If it's the same person, there's a Gail posting over on WWA Info.
