I don't know about the "best" wheel dresser but I use the one from Oneway,

Steve,
I use a 3/4", T-shaped diamond dresser but I also have one of those old, cheap, multi-wheeled spinny things that some of the pros still recommend. My problem is how to control that HORRENDOUS dust that ANY dresser creates! :( It seems to evade any dust collection efforts that I have tried.

With that said, I think that the BEST wheel dresser is the one that you DON'T have to use! :) :D

I use the OneWay Wolverine dresser for truing and touch up the surface with a "tee" shaped diamond dressing tool.
