Hello Kate,

i am sure you have a Serial number of your machine. Please let me know this one via mail and we are looking into it.
Do you tried to contact your local distributor?

Kate,

Installing the advanced driver is easy just add a printer and follow the steps. You must have the driver on a disk or another form of media in order to do this.
