I just built a router table for my left extension wing on my tablesaw. I use an Incra jig but I need some suggestions on how to attach it when I am using the router. I really don't want to tap a couple of holes in my TS top so I can screw it down, but it has to be removable.

Two C-clamps works well for most folks (including me, before I installed Incra rails and went with the full Incra setup). Mount the jig to a piece of 3/4" plywood, then clamp the plywood base to the TS top as needed for the router table work.

Yes, to two clamps.

I have found that you just need about 1/2 the base on the table and two solid clamps.

...you could use a method I have recommended to a number of people. You can mount the Incra (I did it with the Jointech) to a mounting board (3/4" MDF that Jointech provides as their RTB mounting baseboard is what I used). Their mounting baseboard is slotted to mount and comes with the hardware to do so.

When mounted, it is solid and doesn't move. To remove it, simply remove the knobs and lift the entire assembly off of the top of the saw and remove the carriage bolts.

Who is rtb?

RTB is Jointech's stock number on their mounting baseboard I used under the fence positioner to made the fence assembly removable.

Maybe stands for "Router Table Base"?

Just a guess.

How about T-nuts in the miter tracks?

Just mount it to a piece of 3/4" plywood (Mine is melamine) and clamp it down. I just finished this over the weekend.

Here's a really off the wall idea.

What if you bought trails and the bridge frrom Incra and used the fence for your tablesaw, too?

I like Dave's idea best. Otherwise incra recommends (in their instruction manual for the ultra) mounting it on a board andthen securely clamp the board to the table.

Maybe mount to your tablesaw fence. that would allow you to clamp securely to the rails.
