Fedex Ground delivery person showed up with 4....4"x4"x33" sealed cherry courtesy of our own John Hart. My wife's spindle table is now one step further in the process!

Thank you John!

The wood actually didn 't arrive until after 5:00 pm. I had a commitment to make for my shop. I took care of that little chore and then worked in the shop until nearly 9:00. I still need to do a little more design work and make a full sized model of the spindle.Then......replace that broken spindle gouge and get on with it.

Hey Ken...
Is it me or is that cherry already spinning? It's a little blurry.;)

Can't wait to see what results from this...
