First of the week I ordered a 100 bf of fas 4/4 cherry and 35 bf of fas 5/4 from my supplier. He called yesterday afternoon to say they had pulled it and it was ready to pick up. He apologized for having to cut some 16' boards in half but said he was running low on fas and hoped it was alright, and oh, by the way, it was 16" wide. Holy mackerel!:eek: :eek: . I got it home and looked at the width and figure and decided no way was I using this for the fireplace built-ins I'm doing for a client! I'm making my wife a hutch with this stuff. It went on the bottom of the cherry rack, and I'm not going to touch it until I have time to do something for my wife. Oh, BTW, $5.25/bf.:D :D
